As a Team Leader at Green energy cooperative, I spearhead a dedicated team that offers technical and administrative support to citizens and entrepreneurs seeking to install solar power systems for their homes and businesses. With a focus on renewable energy, we are committed to empowering our clients with the knowledge and resources necessary to make sustainable choices. In addition to my leadership role, I actively engage in public education as a presenter on solar power topics, helping to raise awareness and understanding of renewable energy solutions. Currently, our organization is transitioning from EU-based project management to a market-oriented business approach, allowing me to expand my expertise. Alongside my team leadership duties, I also serve as a Key Account Manager and Sales Representative, broadening my skill set and enhancing our customer outreach. I am dedicated to driving sustainable practices and fostering a greener future through innovative energy solutions.
