Manage, design and interpret Immuno-Oncology research laboratory studies to demonstrate cytotoxicity capacity of antigen-specific T cells to kill tumor cells. 👩‍🔬🧬🔬🧫🗓️✍️ 👉Conduct ex vivo and in vitro projects to evaluate novel therapeutic vaccine candidates. ✔️ Launched new cell-based assays on healthy donors leading to the identification of 10 new candidates. 👉Manage, schedule and train technical staff members and interns (2-5 people) ✔️ Lead ex vivo studies on 200 healthy donors. 👉Work closely with non-clinical operations to support the preparation of Investigator Brochures. 📑 ✔️ Wrote and reviewed >20 study reports showing cytotoxicity of healthy donor cells against tumor cells. 👉Participate in internal and external scientific meetings and communications.📢📃 ✔️ Presented (poster) at Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) annual meeting (San Diego, 2023). ✔️ Participated in the patent development for 4 immuno-oncology candidates (patent application accepted). ✔️ Establish collaborations with colleagues from Enterome and outside the company.🤝

Design, execute and interpret research studies to better understand the role of A20 in mice and humans.👩‍🔬🔬🐁🧫 👉 Conduct in vivo and ex vivo studies for investigating A20 expression in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). ✔️ Identified aberrant expression of anti-bacterial peptides and luminal dysbiosis that confers host susceptibility to intestinal inflammation (published work, see below). ✔️ Created 6 new mice strains.🐁 👉Develop cell-based vaccines in rodent to delay colon cancer development. ✔️ Drove 3 collaborations with well-known research labs to initiate this innovative project. 🤝 👉 Design a novel approach for identifying intestinal microbiota markers in IBD patient’s stool. ✔️ Lead 2 collaborations to develop a new microbiota-based assay on IBD patient’s cohort. 👉 Achieved the French Philippe Foundation award for postdoctoral fellowship.🏅 I worked on many projects in Averil Ma's lab : -A20 expression in dendritic cells (DCs) regulating defensin expression and preserving commensal homeostasis in mice. -Intestinal anti-IgA and IgG coated bacteria in IBD patients. -Development of DC vaccine promoting delays in MC-38 colon cancer growth.

Design, execute and interpret research studies to better understand Spondyloarthritis (inflammatory rheumatic diseases (SpA)) physiopathology via genetic and functional approaches. 👩‍🔬🧬🧫📝 👉Develop ex vivo and in vitro studies on SpA patients’ immune cells to identify SpA biomarkers. Functional and transcrpiomic studies on monocyte-derived dendritic cells (MD-DCs) from SpA patients. ✔️ Identified altered function and gene expression pattern in HLA-B27+ SpA patients’ cells. ✔️ Published 4 scientific publications (see below). 👉Study of HLA-B27 in SpA patients. ✔️ Identified HLA-B27 prevalence in SpA patients belonging to the Gazel cohort. ✔️ Published 1 scientific publication (see below). 👉Participate in internal and external scientific meetings and communications.📢 ✔️ Presented (poster) at Société Française de Rhumatologie annual meeting (Paris, 2013). ✔️ Presented (oral) at Spondyloarthopathies annual meeting (Gent, 2012) and ACR (Paris, 2011). 👉 Achieved the French Foundation Arthritis Courtin for doctoral fellowship.🏅 I developped my expertise in : - cell biology (Dendritic cells and T cell culture, Ficoll, Flow Cytometry) - molecular biology (DNA isolation, DNA purification, RNA isolation, PCR, Taqman, genotyping, qRT-PCR, sequencing) - biochemistry (protein extraction, western blotting) I also developped transferable skills: - communication (in english and french) for professional and non-professional audience - data mining and analysis - teamwork - leadership - innovative thinking In the course of this research work, I set up two collaborative works - with Pr.
