In this hybrid position, I have the rare opportunity to both be a Business Partner and a member of the Organisational Effectiveness team. Working closely with the Executive team, I have led our performance review cycle across the Australian business and have developed and implemented a comprehensive Talent & Succession framework. Business Partnering with the Retail Sales and Supply Chain teams has provided me with valuable exposure to the commercial side of the business. In this hybrid role, I play a pivotal part in driving culture and engagement, career progression and promoting high performance throughout the organisation.

Reporting directly to the Group Head of HR, I partnered with all Group Functions including Finance, IT, Shared Services, Quality, and Legal. My remit spanned across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, I provided coaching and guidance to leaders at all levels, from the CFO and Directors to line managers. My responsibilities included participating in large-scale change initiatives and working with leadership teams to foster a culture focused on performance and accountability.

Konekt is a publicly listed Australian company and the largest private sector provider of organisational health and risk management solutions. Our focus is on helping organisations minimise the impact of workplace injury and related workplace costs. As the HR Advisor I work closely with all levels of management across various business functions. My main responsibility is to provide coaching to people leaders and to offer HR support and professional advice to managers and employees across all aspects of Konekt's human resource policies, procedures and initiatives. I am required to maintain a sound knowledge of employment legislation in addition to being the in house Return To Work Coordinator.

In this role I was responsible for all aspects of HR Administration and Coordination including drafting employment contracts, maintaining employee records, providing advice on policies and procedures and managing the onboarding program.
