I am a committed and passionate leader in manufacturing operation excellence, one of the first few female brew-master ladies in Africa who has extensive experience of 25 plus years working for leading brands. A Change maker and team player recognized for leading and guiding a team of 221 in improving performance, quality, cost reduction, driving safety, health, and the sustainability agenda. Furthermore, leading the Asset care strategy work stream that has improved machine reliability across the business. My purpose is to bring out the best in people and releasing their potential by creating an environment for them to grow. I am looking for a career opportunity to enable me not to just lead strategy but to have positive impact in an organization. •Developed and executed Moshi strategy that led to Moshi being second on the Africa Supply Performance league table within twelve months, by improving Packaging Line OEE from 62.5% to 68.7%, Reducing water from 4.43L/L to 3.96L/L, Reducing Energy usage from 1.60MJ/L to 1.54MJ/L and Reducing Extract Loss 6.32% to 6.27% •Drove Safety agenda with 0 LTA extending the track record to seven years. Shared best practices with other sites by leading the forklift safety cross function team, which helped the business reduce forklift incidents by 15.8% in F22 vs F21. •Contributed to Serengeti Breweries Ltd NSV growth of 16% and gross margin improvement from 38.8% to 40% by delivering 16% production volume growth and productivity savings of 0.44M GBP. •Invested in Talent by Implementing quarterly talent and development review sessions on site that assisted in identifying talent and established development needs. This has seen four of the Moshi employees grow into senior roles. •Championed inclusivity and diversity capitalizing from experience of working in more than one country (Zambia, Tanzania, and Kenya) with a vast experience in leading brewing (SBL), Planning (KBL) whilst leveraging other experiences from PEPSI and SWAP SPINNING MILLs.
