Alice Hall

I am an Associate Solicitor in the Serious Injury team based in Birmingham. I represent Claimants who have sustained serious injuries, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, severe orthopaedic injuries and in relation to fatal accidents. Our work regularly includes liaison with criminal, health and safety and coronial law. We work hard to provide the ‘expert hand, human touch’ service that our clients and their families need during following their injuries and during their rehabilitation. Some of the Claimants I represent also lack mental capacity; we work closely with our colleagues in our leading Court of Protection team. I am also an APIL accredited Senior Litigator.
