Equipment Engineering Manager: • Responsible for managing a team of mechanical engineers and designers • Involved with the design, development, modification, and analysis of mechanical equipment • Review customer specifications and requirements, and lead a project team to develop designs to best support them, including cost as a key design variable. • Ability to manage a project through initiation, planning, execution, control/monitoring, and closure. • Provide budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments. Responsible for completing all engineering efforts for a project or projects on time and budget. • Communicate clearly (written and oral) with manufacturing, supply chain, program management and the customer as required • Participates in preparation of proposals. Provide technical solutions, supervision of ordered services, purchasing, quality, customer satisfaction, schedules and budget of duties assigned to me • Interact with technical management, other professionals, technicians and support personnel to coordinate, recommend and confer regarding technical activities and progress. • Ensure design compliance with all project requirements. • Complete projects in a team environment or independently. Analyzes, develops, and recommends design approaches. • Troubleshoot and diagnoses malfunctions in existing products or systems and makes changes as needed. • Analyze customer specific procedures, train performers and / or where applicable include comments on own detailed drawings or suppliers. • Define procedures, documents and records for Installation, commissioning, start-up of plant equipment. • Experienced capable of performing & leading major overhauls, installations & commissioning, troubleshooting, modifications and major repair work of all mechanical equipment

Mechanical Project Coordinator - Project Apollo – VALE - Coordinate and elaborate technical purchase specifications for mechanical equipment and evaluate technical proposals received from suppliers. - Lead engineering company in mechanical discipline, defining scope of services, issuing orders, commenting and approving technical documents and releasing pay orders; - Support deployment area for perfect fulfillment of requirements and scope, timelines and costs; Capex Control (Monitoring). - Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status; - Conduct administration of engineering contracts and claims analysis; - Coordinate activities supporting documentation of physical and financial measurement project; - Monitor and measure performance indicators (S-Curves and schedules of projects). - Coordination of inspection activities and expediting of equipment purchased involving: Dimensional, welding, non-destructive testing and Paint - Support the deployment area in receiving, assembly, start-up, power operation and delivery of projects under the responsibility of the mechanical area, ensuring the interface with suppliers and other areas - Coordination of services involving electromechanical assembly, Stacker reclaimer, belt conveyors, Equipment pelletizing line, Steel structure, piping and boilers. New pellet plant – USINA VIII - VALE - Vitória Brazil

Main activities: - Coordinate product development by delivering quality projects on a timely basis and within the planned spending; - Provide technical support for engineering and manufacturing to solve problems related to manufacturing of specialty equipment in the harvester, backhoes and spraying machines; - Coordinate technical and engineers in developing methods and manufacturing processes and continuous improvement in production processes. - Work in process development and qualification of new suppliers. Expediting and Inspection Equipment. - Define and track the qualification of welding procedures and welders in the Internal Rules of the product, AWS D1.1. - Experience in design and specification of welding equipment, machines and devices. - Training in Belgium, USA and Poland (3 months) Production system; Note: Implementation of the new Factory Case - Sorocaba, specification, purchase and tryout of new equipment for manufacturing areas, defining the layout and infrastructure to work cells. (Cutting, bending, assembly, and welding robots). Administration through sheets of a CAPEX budget for the implementation of Plant 340 millions. (Manufacturing area).

Main activities: - Coordination of Equipment Manufacturing in the areas of: Steel, Mining, Oil and Gas and Steel Structures. - Preparation of planning schedules of works. Worked in multidisciplinary industrial projects. Monitoring and verification of drawings in design engineering suppliers. - Roadmap and logical sequence of manufacturing. - Receive and check the technical documentation of the project, interpreting drawings, Bills of Inspection and Testing Specifications and Manufacturing, to detect differences and to define methods and manufacturing processes. - Feeding the industrial management system (SAP) with the respective Tours and times of services. - Prepare documents necessary to complement the information to Factory (manufacturing instructions, technical information sheet, statement detail, drawing / sketches assistants). - Monitoring the development of the project and Technical assistance to the factory for the manufacturing process. (Oxy-cutting, forming, assembly, welding and painting). - Advanced knowledge and training in the standards: ASME, AWS and API - NOTE: Development of boiler parts in CAD system (Microstation, Solid Edge, AutoCAD)
