➢ Direct supervision of all Chemist and Operators of Industrial Gases Plant laboratory and process analysis. ➢ Equipment’s calibration (Teledyne Instruments for Total Hydrocarbon, Methanol, Benzene, Acetaldehyde, Total Sulphur, Southend Sensing OMD-580, Seromex Chroma, Servomex gas purity Analysers and SHAW moisture analyser, Gas Chromatography, Thermco gas analyser, PH meter, Conductivity meter, Spectrophotometer Ion chromatography, TA titrator, Density meter, temperature, and pressure gauges weight balance calibration. ➢ Preparation of NCR and CAPA in case of customer complain or product failure. ➢ Supervision of daily housekeeping of lab and filling area. ➢ Ensure non-conforming are send to warehouse. Keep hold any nonconforming products place hold sticker and provide report immediately. ➢ Preparation of procedures according to ISO requirement to meet the quality SOP’s. ➢ Monitor the housekeeping of the QC main lab, store, chemical room and keep a housekeeping checklist record. ➢ Responsible for QC hold products for safe control, inventory, and retesting. ➢ Maintain Chemical reagents stocks accordingly and observe FIFO. ➢ Development of an effective and comprehensive training program and implementation of quality policies. ➢ Prepare and maintain daily production summary report for distribution. ➢ Apply new technologies & measurement techniques like 5S to improve laboratory processes & performances. ➢ Responsible for the local body govt Audits, Client Audits, Internal Audits annual and semi-annual ISO-17025 Audit, ARAMCO Audits, FSSC 22000 5.1, 6.0 Version, PepsiCo International Client Audit, ISBT Audit for food industry gases supply.

Product Attributes: Brix, Carbonation (CO2), Sensory, Titratable Acidity, Inversion brix, Air content (Can), CO2 taste and odour, control drink preparation, confirm absence of sugar for Diet products Package Attributes: Fill Volume, Fill Height, Crown Crimping, Seam test (Can), incremental and removal torque, Full Package Integrity (Filtec, Date Coding), Secure seal test and all blow moulding tests as per PI frequencies. Bottle washer tests: Caustic Carryover, Methylene Blue for Molds (RBs), Caustic Temperature (RB), Caustic Strength (RB), Caustic Appearance (RB), Full Package Integrity (Filtec, Date Coding), Free EDTA(RB). ➢ Monitors and records concentrate daily and monthly stock inventory report. Verify control drink for proper proportioning of the beverages. ➢ Responsible for preparation and standardize chemical solutions used for testing. ➢ Implementation of FIFO especially on concentrate, sugar, and laboratory chemicals. ➢ Preparation of procedures according to ISO requirement to meet the quality SOP’s. ➢ Monitor CIP of the equipment and take corrective action for any deviation. ➢ Maintain Chemical reagents stocks accordingly and observe FIFO. ➢ Ensure non-conforming are send to warehouse.
