Working in the Engineering Section of Al Safi Danone. Looking after new projects related to capacity expansions, plant upgrade, modifications, & developments. • Preparation of executive summaries to accelerate decision making on all projects given to the job holder by general management. • Performs analysis and identify the priorities and goals to deliver the project objects & KPI's • Preparation of RFQ, identify vendors, supplier technical selection & development • Conduct suitable feasibility studies and present the findings and recommendations . • Issuing of CPS for project implementation and ensure timely execution and more importantly within the budgets allocated. • Overseeing of all industrial projects and installation activities . • Take necessary actions to ensure high quality workmanship by contractors and abiding with contract provisions and order. • Proactively support the heads of departments by addressing specific requirements in their Capex projects (equipment specifications and getting quotations) via coordination with management. • Complete project supervision and weekly updates to ensure that the contractors are adhering to their respective scope of work at all times. • Monitors the progress of the project to ensure that implementation is according to agreed specification and timeframes. Proposes or take the appropriate corrective measures in case of deviation. • Presents weekly and monthly status reports to department head. • Ensure that a full-bodied system and procedures in line with internal systems are in place • Managing the execution, start up, and closing phases of a project. • Implementation of DANONE project management methodology Like SHERPA. • Construction & contractor management on site. • Working with DANONE worldwide engineering team to improve the standards. • Process & Utilities capacity master plan • CAPEX reporting and control

Joined the company at conceptual stage. Initially as MANAGER -PROJECTS, I was responsible for Erection & commissioning of various Plastic Processing & Flexible Packaging machines & utilities for the plant. Subsequently on commercial run, I was entrusted with the responsibility of MANAGER-TECHNICAL SERVICES to look after the complete technical activities of the plant that was capable of catering the ever increasing demand of Food & Beverage sector in KSA & other GCC countries for Blow Molded Bottles, Thermoformed products, Printed containers, Extruded sheets, Injection molded components & different types Flexible packaging films. Later in year 2008, Management re-designated me as OPERATIONS MANAGER to look after entire Operations and Engineering functions.
