Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead Auditor following corporation policies and assurance of compliance with IATF16949. Conducting internal audits, preparing reports, raising major / minor non-conformances, support in coaching and validating Root-cause Analysis (8D/PPS) and closure of non-conformances raised. Liaising with all of departments if there is any new requirements, also to support in problem solving and rectify the issues and closing the non-conformances raised by external (CQ/VCA/UTAC etc.) audits. Creating (internal) procedures to achieve 'customer first' corporate quality policy.

Part of Quality Management System (QMS) team supporting to get the JLR Engine Manufacturing Centre certified with ISO/TS 16949. (EMC certified in February 2016) Being trained as a ISO/TS 16949 Quality Assurance Internal Auditor. Process Compliance With ISO/TS 16949 and support to preparing reports for major and minor non-conformances. Liaising with all of departments to rectify the issues and closing the non-conformances reports. Collecting documents and evidence of the the non-conformances. Updating the trackers and the timing plans for open non-conformances and denoting the progressions. Support in organising and programming internal audits.

* Liaising with other companies and co-ordinating activities to have robust collaborations in Supply Chain Management. * Forecasting the demands throughout the year to improve our performance to respond to the markets need. * Business and market analysis in order to develop the activities * Logistics Planning: Ensure that materials demands are met and scheduled for delivery from suppliers in right quantity and on promised date and also with promised quality. * Warehouse Management: Managing and controlling inventory levels for outgoing parts * Optimising the inventory in order to eliminate tangible and intangible wastes and help cash flaw in control. * R&D: Collecting feedback from existing or potential customers and try to improve KPI.

* Liaising with other companies (suppliers, customers, partners and sister companies) and co-ordinating activities. * Planning to raise production, quality and productivity performance and report to the Managing Director. * Updating daily information of inventory and stocks in the warehouse. * Observation and inspection for maintaining discipline and improving performance. * Amending the layout and production system to improve product efficiency according to Lean Manufacturing concept.
