Manage project controls team for many Electromechanical projects for example: - - Construction of Jeddah University 380 kV BSP Substation - Construction of 380 KV D/C OHTL between Waad Al Shamal BSP - 66KV Submarine & Underground Cable Works for the Electricity Supply to Hawar Island (Bahrain) - Installation of 115KV Underground Cables & Overhead Transmission Lines for Badrani Substation - Construction of Alfarah 380 kV Substation - KKUC - Construction of Makkah Housing-2 & 3 110/13.8 kV Substation

 Prepare Master Schedule.  Prepare project detailed schedule (Baseline Scheduled).  Allocate & manage resources.  Prepare cash flow calculations (cash in & cash out).  Follow Up & Progress Monitoring for the Site Process.  Preparing monthly and weekly progress reports.  Updating the Project Schedule.  Prepare a recovery schedule.  Monitoring Sub-contractor Progress Status.  Coordinate project progress meetings.

 Prepare the design and tentative construction time schedules during the proposal phase.  Update, during the mobilization phase of the project, the originally prepared milestones schedule in the proposal phase.  Issue the revised milestone schedule after approval by the Project Manager, to all key personnel of the project.  Identify with assistance of the Team Leaders/Project Manager to constraints between the different project disciplines and the sequence/timing of tasks for fulfillment of the time schedule of the project.  Issue the final form of the time schedule to the Project Manager.  Update the time schedule on bi-weekly bases reflecting the actual project status (dates, percentage completion and actual man-hours consumption).  Inform the Project Manager for any deviation from budget man-hours or schedule time, after acceptance of the Project Manager on this deviation, make necessary schedules and resources allocation adjustments.  Develop during the construction phase, the detailed field schedules in conjunction with the Construction Manager.  Review Contractors' schedules and follow it up periodically.  Review Contractor’s cash flow (cash in).  Follow Up And Progress Monitoring For The Site Process.  Review the contractor’s daily, weekly and monthly reports.  Review the Contractor’s Updated Project Schedule.  Review the contractor recovery schedule and corrective actions.

 Coordinate and record project progress meetings.  Coordinate between site staff and head office (design staff).  Tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence.  Tracking design drawings status log.  Tracking pending issues.  Preparing monthly progress reports for client.  Review Contractor’s quantities surveying for executed works.  Review Contractor’s payments certificates.  Review Project Master Schedule.  Review project detailed schedule.  Review Contractor’s cash flow (cash in).  Follow Up And Progress Monitoring For The Site Process.  Review the contractor’s daily, weekly and monthly reports.  Review the Contractor’s Updated Project Schedule.  Review the contractor recovery schedule and corrective actions.
