As a Software QA Engineer at l ERP, I am responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our ERP Windows-based system, with a particular focus on compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e-invoicing requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough testing across the ERP Windows system, ensuring stability and functionality. Perform ZATCA integration testing to validate proper communication and data exchange. Ensure that e-invoices are correctly validated, submitted to ZATCA, and appropriately approved or rejected. Verify that invoices comply with ZATCA standards, identifying whether each should be a VAT or simplified invoice based on address and VAT number. Confirm system compatibility with ZATCA's e-invoicing platform and perform regular validations to ensure continuous compliance. Coordinate with clients to identify, track, and resolve software defects reported during live use. Test new features and enhancements, including updates to invoice screens, invoice printing, QR code generation, and user permissions. Conduct functional testing in various ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting (Posting Screen). Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely fixes and improvements.
