Determine the procurement route for each procurement request. Executing and monitoring procurement processes, and documents. Create purchase requests in SAP and work with procurement buyers on creating orders and keep track of orders. Review & approve supplier Invoices. Align with company’s procurement policies and processes. Oversee and manage all stages of the purchase requisition (PR) process. Maintain compliance with procurement policies by diligently reviewing Purchase Request Form (PRF)  Create purchase PR in SAP S4Hana.   Ensure timely delivery of the executed Purchase Order (PO) and all necessary supporting documents to the supplier following contract signing.  Maintain a records of project progress and communicate updated completion percentages to the finance team monthly biases.  Manage all Service Entry Sheets (SES) process. Collaborate with the task force team to develop and implement comprehensive procurement procedure guidelines for the Customer and Digital departments.
