Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient management of inbound, outbound, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities while maintaining operational excellence. Supervise and lead warehouse personnel by assigning daily tasks, monitoring productivity, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with operational KPIs, company policies, and HSE standards. Manage the receipt of raw materials through physical verification, quality checks, and accurate Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. Oversee the strategic storage, put-away, identification, barcode labeling, and barcode scanning of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods in accordance with warehouse best practices. Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock verification, physical reconciliation, ERP transactions, and inventory reporting while minimizing stock discrepancies. Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material flow to maximize space utilization, improve accessibility, and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of raw materials to production departments in line with production schedules and operational priorities. Supervise local and international dispatch operations, ensuring all outbound shipments are supported by accurate documentation, including Delivery Notes (DN), IGP, OGP, RGP, and Gate Passes. Coordinate transportation, shipment scheduling, and factory dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient logistics operations. Ensure full compliance with ISO, OHSAS, and company HSE standards by promoting safe material handling practices, warehouse safety, and continuous compliance awareness. Lead inventory reconciliation activities, prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly operational reports, and successfully coordinate internal and external warehouse audits.
