Providing support to the Senior Management in making proposals/presentations for corporate clients.  Visit clients and negotiate insurance plans for Medical, Life, C.A.R, Property, WC, Fire, Marine and PA Insurance and discuss business terms  Review existing insurance policies and submit suggestions for improvement of coverage  Presently handling Aviation Account of UAE's leading aviation company  Leading a team of 15 coordinators for after sale support to valued corporate clients  Finalize the quotations for new business incl. Motor Medical, Group Life & FGA on daily basis  Provide technical support to all staff to immediately attend requests of Insured  Providing prompt service to the existing Clients with renewals  Work closely with the Executive Committee for new business promotion plans  Follow up for renewal business with Insurers and clients  Receive claims intimations and provide necessary guideline to Insured to complete claim documents.  To follow the claims with Insurers till final settlement  Meet Insurance Companies to take better rates and approvals for the corporate clients  Discuss business plans with higher management and make plans for new business  Facilitate cross selling of insurance products through sales department  Meet Insurance providers to discuss business relations and obstacles to enhance relations  Arrange risk surveys if required by the Underwriters.  To ensure policy administrations and cross checking before handing over policies to clients  Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth policy services for the valued clients

-Receive and attend queries from branches, producers and brokers for new business incl. Medical, Group Life & FGA business on daily basis -Visit and negotiate Medical Plans with clients and prepare quotations accordingly to meet the Client's needs -Submit quotations and follow up with Clients till finalization -On finalization of business, preparation and issuance of Group Medical and Group Life policies -Supervising Medical, Group Life & Travel Insurance underwriting process and assist the team members till issuance of policies. -Also assist Medical & Life claims team and attend queries of Assured & TPA regarding settlement of their claims, -Reconcile accounts of TPA for payment of their Fee/charges on monthly basis -Attend Reinsurers to discuss issues related to Reinsurance arrangements -Providing prompt service to the existing Clients -Regular co-ordination with accounts, reinsurance and sales department for smooth running of office business -Placement of Facultative business with International and Regional Reinsurers -Work closely with the Manager – General Insurance, on all underwriting matters
