Comparative Analysis with regards of i.e. Delivery, Price Comparisons Sheets, Quality of goods and services. Procurement experience of Plumbing Materials, Building Materials, Electrical Materials, Sanitary Wares, Civil Materials. Purchase of service contracts i.e. Building / Lift Maintenance, Chiller Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Civil Contracts. Making of Purchase Orders in Oracle Module. Inventory Checkup at different organization stores. Arrangement of Credit Application contracts, Price Negotiations, Payment Terms. Submitting of all supporting documents for completion of payment process i.e. Invoice Copies, Delivery Notes, and Purchase Order Copies. Monthly review of all outstanding LPO through oracle procurement module report and submitting the same to the accounts department.
