Atualmente, conta com Vicunha Têxtil, CSN (siderurgia, mineração, logística, cimentos e energia), Banco Fibra (serviços financeiros) e Fazenda Santa Otília e Finobrasa (agronegócios). Meu escopo de atuação consiste nas operações de agronegócio (gado, soja e fruticultura) e também pelo suporte financeiro para todas as Holdings do grupo.

Com faturamento de R$ 5,6 bi, atuante na comercialização, armazenagem e beneficiamento de grãos, agroindústria, abatedorou de aves, fábrica de rações, fábrica de fios de algodão, beneficiamento, moagem e torrefação de café e concessionárias de máquinas agrícolas. Responsável por: • Tesouraria, Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber, Crédito e Cobrança, Finanças Estruturadas, Customer Finance, Serviços Financeiros e Seguros; • Gerenciar a administração dos recursos financeiros, liderando uma equipe composta de gerentes (2), coordenadores (3) e analistas/ assistentes (20), assegurando o crescimento e a lucratividade, auxiliando a superintendência e a diretoria com informações estratégicas; • Controlar o fluxo de caixa, assegurando a liquidez e avaliando riscos e oportunidades para garantir o melhor desempenho financeiro; • Negociar e incrementar limites e linhas de crédito de custeio e investimento junto às instituições financeiras; • Estruturar a corretora de seguros própria; • Monitorar os projetos de viabilidade econômico-financeira dos projetos de investimentos, como ampliações da capacidade de armazenagem, piscicultura e concessionárias de máquinas agrícolas; • Gerenciar a carteira de recebíveis e garantias; • Estabelecer e acompanhar os indicadores da área; • Desenvolvimento de projetos de melhorias no sistema, visando agilidade e segurança nas operações e o atingimento das metas; • Gerenciar o fechamento contábil mensal das contas de finanças, garantindo sua acurácia ; • Melhorias e automatização de processos.

Integrada is one of the largest brazilian agro-industrial cooperatives with R$5.8 billion revenue, dealing in the grain market (soybeans, corn, wheat, coffee and oats), in the sale of inputs (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds and agricultural implements) and in the industrialization (animal nutrition), orange juice and corn derivatives. Main clients: Cargill, Bunge, Louis Dreyfus, ADM, Gavilon, Glencore, COFCO, BRF and JBS. Responsible for Treasury, Risk Management, Trade Finance, Credit, Collections, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Reporting to the Administrative Director and CEO. I lead a team with 3 direct + 11 indirect employees. Main Cases: • Review of the capital structure for designing and analyzing loans for long-term funding, focusing on improving the cooperative's credit rating and indicators; • Structuring of the Company’s Insurance Broker, mitigating risks and generating additional income of R$ 3 million per year; • Raising of syndicated financing of R$ 180 million to adjust the capital structure; • Leadership in the Strategic Planning finance fronts (Rabobank consultancy); • Innovation with the assignment of non-performing credits without recourse; • Risk sharing in the financing of the purchase of fertilizers; • Leadership in issuing the first CRA, accessing the Capital Market; • Member of the Compliance rules development and implementation team.

Company specialized in credit recovery, with 5 offices and approximately 450 employees. The main customers are the largest banks in Brazil. Responsible for Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Controllership, Investments, Insurance and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Supervision of Tax and Accounting outsourced services. Team of 3 direct and 19 indirect employees. Direct report to the CEO. SAP Key User. Main Cases: • Reallocation of the financial investment portfolio with significant improvement in profitability and risk reduction; • Improved performance of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with an 18% reduction in the financial cycle; • Leadership in the automation of processes, enabling the improvement in the quality of deliveries and reducing the amount of FTEs from 27 to 22.

Responsible for Treasury, Debt Management, Structured Finance and Trade Finance. Team of 4 employees and reporting to the Controller. • Financial information and analysis: Bloomberg. Main Cases: • Development and implementation of a new system for financial operations, Oracle interface; • Negotiation of Syndicated Loans/ Revolving Credit Facilities with several global banks: fundraising to increase the company's credit line with recognition awards by leading banks (operations around USD 650 million). ERPs: Oracle, Sage XRT and PeopleSoft.

Responsible for Risk Management, Treasury and Foreign Exchange (FX) with a team of 4 employees and reporting to the Financial Manager. • Financial information and analysis: Reuters. Main Cases: • Development of a model to evaluate the performance of FX operations with an average gain of USD 500 thousand per year; • Collaboration in the post-M&A integration process (Aliança), carrying out the unification and standardization of processes.

Worked for one year in Novartis' Controllership, then moved to the Treasury to lead the structuring of the area, aiming at the creation of Syngenta. After successfully completing the project, I became responsible for the Treasury and Accounts Payable. Team of 4 employees and reporting to the Controller and CFO (for the Spin-off project). Responsible for the implementation of the SAP-FI system (Key User).
