Responsible for short and medium term planning team, producing daily, weekly and monthly detailed plans, productions results projections also management and productions` KPIs, ensuring a proper and reliable following of mining figures. Ensure good interaction and effective communication between mining planning and other departments such as Drill and Blast, Load and Hauling, HME and Long Term Planning; Provide solutions for the very short mining planning to ensure 32 Mt of moved material per year, being 2.4 Mt of this in relation to the ore. Provide mentoring and coaching to a young team of local engineers ensuring a good work environment which allow them to grown up, sharing experiences an mentoring their decisions to promote their confidence. All this structure is responsible for a movement of about 9 million tons including ore, ensuring maximum selectivity between the types of material transported; this is achieved with the use of medium and small equipment such as 8x4 trucks, 964 Liebherr excavators and hydraulic drill rigs Atlas-Copco D65 Flexrock.

Senior Mining Manage; Operations, Planning and Control Open pit mine operations manager. Responsible for the mining operations, leading a team composed of 260 people distributed in mine infrastructure, load and hauling, drill and blast at the Santa Rita´s nickel mine (Currently renamed Atlantic Nickel). This structure is responsible for a handling of about 43 million tons and production of approximately 7.2 Million ore fed through off-road trucks (CAT 777 and 785) Contract manager of more than 8M R $ / month and a budget that exceeds MR $ 150 / year, in addition to CAPEX management of MR $ 50 / year. Manager of Planning, Control and Geology. Leading a team of 57 people distributed among engineers, engineers, geologists, technicians and surveyors. Responsible for the mine operations in four different underground mines of MFB unit and three others open pit mines. Responsible for the development of mine, involving operations of horizontal drilling loading and dismantling of rocks with explosives and transportation of material, as well as all mine equipment.
