Responsible for developing sustainable products across the paper division of Novolex. > Work with major brands such as McDonald's, Starbucks, Whole Foods, and many others to improve the sustainability of current products or completely re-innovate them to meet their needs. > Develop, third-party test, and certify products to be: ASTM compliment, BPI certified, CMA approved, and recyclable. > Have developed food contact products containing post-consumer recycled content that are compliant with FDA standards for use in food grade paper packaging.

Responsible for developing products for the BagCraft brand. > Developed and improved PFAS free paper grades to replace PFAS grades used in grease resistance products. > Developed products with barrier coatings to improve the grease resistance, wet strength, recyclability, and compostability of current products. > Created a way to track sustainability certifications and claims made about products. > Improved the twist retention of Tootsie and Halls wrappers.

> Built and maintained customer rapport, to ensure success. > Conversed on behalf of clients, to the buyers, to ensure the entire EDI process was done effectively and executed correctly from start to finish.
