About
The most cultivated personal USP for business which I possess is a profound skill for leadership and management. My distinctive capability to captivate, retain and harness the efforts of individuals has meant that success comes inherently to my staff. As a business leader I believe my role is to create more leaders as opposed to more followers. In February 2016, aged 24, I started my first business, I decided to go all in on my strengths and upscale my abilities. I have built two companies with zero start-up capital and zero investment. This has been made possible through sheer burning desire and a professional, unified, company culture. Emanating from a working class family, bad school grades, detentions and exclusions, as well as having zero formal further education beyond the age of 16. I am an AUTODIDACT (meaning self-taught) - I taught myself that word too. I am a product of my selective environment and exposure. My biggest objective is to inspire to achieve, I hope to set an example that regardless of all odds; triumph comes from striving relentlessly for your passion. Thank you for reading.

B2C Field Sales, Regional Manager
Worcester, United Kingdom
Within the first six months in this role I achieved two promotions to Regional Manager and lead a field based operation at JJI, covering the West Midlands while amassing from scratch a work force of 26 staff. My man-management and leadership skills enabled me to acquire, captivate and retain a large work force, a feat made more impressive when considering that all of my staff were working for commission-only with no basic pay. My day-to-day duties would comprise of; interviews, routine meetings, strategic formulation, team delegation and the monitoring of staff performance. I developed a continuous training programme that was transforming individuals in to prolific closers with a get-up-and-go attitude. I emphasised upon; targets, results, motivating and maintaining high standards of discipline and structure. Headhunted by Concrete Gutter Replacements in February 2014.

Adult Instructor, Troop Commander
This role was up to two evenings a week voluntarily and one weekend a month fully paid. The role enabled me to give something to the community and teach Cadets aged 12-18 not only military skills but key skills that would aid them in later life. I was able to develop and nurture personal qualities such as leadership, management, confidence and responsibility. By the time I was 19 I was made Detachment Commander, responsible for the direction, management, training, bookkeeping and welfare of over 35 Cadets (expanded from just 5) and a team of other Adult Instructors - some more than twice my age. I was also solely responsible for the progression and enrolment of Cadets from across Worcestershire detachments on to the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. I hosted, planned, coordinated and executed syllabus training weekends delivered to Cadets across 3 detachments to great effect. My passion, grit and devotion to the cause meant that the syllabus progression of my detachment was second to none in the region over a two year period.

B2B Sales
Worcester, United Kingdom
This was a busy office environment with over 200 heads, I started out as an apprentice, then taking on a variety of positions including administration, service and sales. This experience gave me a vivid understanding of a corporate atmosphere. The experience I gained was invaluable and a great basis for which to build a career upon.
