I am a Property Manager at Pegasus Residential, a dynamic and innovative leader in multifamily property management. I currently oversee a 260-unit apartment community in Jacksonville, Florida, where I’m responsible for the day-to-day operations, including lease administration, rent collection, resident relations, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight. My goal is to ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents while maximizing property performance. Prior to this role, I served as an Assistant Community Manager, where I developed a strong foundation in leasing, budgeting, and operations support. With over 5 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, I’ve developed key strengths in team leadership, resident retention, and revenue growth. I was honored with the 8 Million Dollar Club distinction for generating over $8 million in net sales within just 5 years—a testament to my drive and results-oriented mindset. I’m proficient in industry-leading platforms including Yardi Voyager, RealPage, ILoveLeasing, and CRM tools, and I hold a Microsoft Office Specialist: Master certification in Microsoft Office 2016. I am also CPR/AED/First Aid certified to ensure a safe and responsive environment for residents and staff. I hold an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville and a high school diploma with a focus on International Business from Treasure Coast High School.
