Positioned in the Handbags & Jewellery Department, I consistently ranked among the top five in daily sales performance - leveraging strong relationship-building skills and in-depth product knowledge to drive luxury retail sales. I produced a comprehensive training manual for luxury handbag sales to support the upskilling of colleagues. Additionally, I independently managed stock, handled cash transactions, and resolved customer queries to ensure a seamless and premium shopping experience.
