- Define and lead the enterprise care quality and training strategy across therapy, coaching, and AI-supported care, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and ethically sound services at scale. - Own the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of Headspace’s comprehensive care quality framework, aligning measurement-based care (MBC), quality assurance, training, and clinical governance. - Oversee measurement-based care strategy and infrastructure to ensure outcomes-driven, data-informed decision-making across all levels of care. - Establish and monitor quality, safety, and fidelity metrics, audit methodologies, and feedback loops to drive continuous quality improvement and provider excellence. - Ensure alignment of QA programs with NCQA and state regulatory requirements, professional standards, ethical guidelines, and internal clinical governance models. - Partner closely with Research to align quality metrics with outcomes measurement, insights generation, and evidence development. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Enablement, Clinical Leadership, and Commercial teams to embed quality standards into workflows, product design, and external-facing initiatives.
