Provides production support through Salesforce, troubleshooting and resolving issues for the BlockworkOnline web application. Develops and maintains application features using Angular for front-end development and C# for back-end services.

Engaged in Agile development practices, presented work in daily code reviews, and gathered requirements for subsequent program enhancements. Contributed to Blockchain project for Cryptocurrency. Designed and created a normalized database based on requirement-gathering sessions and source data evaluation. Utilized Python to call a third-party API to retrieve the encrypted data in Json format. Additional APIs were used for decryption of the extracted files and SQL to load the data into a Postgres database. Collaborated with fellow interns on diverse projects, such as a Django web app enabling users to calculate distances between zip codes, and an NP-complete problem, that used Python to find the shortest route for a person to visit every state capital—from Iowa to Washington, DC.

Providing service to policyholders as a licensed insurance agent, utilizing the tools provided through Geico's Insurance partners to process policy changes, provide proof of coverage, and make payments.

My role consisted of primarily working in the customer service department, performing returns, dispositioning inventory, answering phone calls, and providing general customer service.
