As Director of Business Development for the Hospitality Division, the goal is to support the business strategy and client pipeline generation in order to meet sales and revenue targets. Support business development and client relationship management within the Hospitality Industry. Create and build a network of key industry influencers and organizations/affiliations that will enable growth of business and revenue generating opportunities in Hospitality. As the head of Business Development and Account Management, I oversee all new business initiatives as well as oversee all existing accounts and work in progress. My goal is to position Longview competitively in the retail and hospitality market so that we may flourish in the building sector, building one exciting project at a time. Offering a wide range of project management and general construction services, Longview performs each project with the same dedication and expertise. As a direct result of our in-house capabilities, Longview provides a full range of services to our clients from site selection and lease negotiation, project planning and procurement, cost and schedule management, general contracting and project management. Whether it be new construction, an addition or expansion, retrofit or open renovation, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service each and every time.

As Director of Project Development for the Northeast market, my goal is to engage new client contact and relationship management. To support new project development through budgeting, bidding and purchasing.

As a leader in development and project management, I oversee all new business initiatives as well as manage all existing accounts and work in progress from an executive level. My goal is to position Bertino & Associates competitively in the commercial construction market so that we may flourish in the building sector, building one exciting project at a time in the following markets: Hospitality, Retail, Warehouse, Academic, Medical and General Commercial.
