About
Graduated from the Master in Management program at EM Lyon Business School, I completed a six-month academic exchange at Rice University in Houston. Diligent, organized, and determined, I earned my Bachelor's degree with honors from IAE Lyon and obtained my Master's degree with an average grade of 15,65/20 (GPA: 4/4) at EM Lyon. Fascinated by the sports business ecosystem for many years, I have gained several significant experiences in the sector, including roles at Canal+, Babolat, and Roland-Garros (French Tennis Federation). Since September 2024, I have been serving as an International Development Project Manager for this prestigious rights holder. In this role, I oversee the organization of major events in France (Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault) and internationally (Roland-Garros Junior Series by Renault), dealing daily with issues related to marketing, sponsorship, media rights, and merchandising.

Supporting the Sports Marketing Department in both strategic and operational missions: > Conducted a benchmark study of Babolat's presence and that of its competitors at ATP/WTA tournaments (GS, Masters 1000, 500/250 -> 120 tournaments in total) and associated activities (string service, balls, textiles) in order to make strategic recommendations for future operations. > Drafting of 4 new templates for professional and junior player contracts to meet new market requirements, in close collaboration with the legal teams. > Carried out a strategic study on the new format of the professional padel circuit, following the merger between WPT and Premier Padel, and the associated challenges. > Involved in the organization of 2 activation events ahead of Roland Garros, as part of the launch of a new range of junior products, and Wimbledon, as part of the partnership between this Grand Slam tournament and Babolat.
