I’m a early childhood yoga teacher combining literacy and yoga teaching ages 2 through K. I’ve been teaching children’s yoga for 15+ years, including organizing children’s yoga camps. I combine my background in early childhood education and yoga to combine a yoga adventure thats not only educational, fun, creative, and empowering but also incorporates mindfulness that’s age appropriate to connect children with themselves and the world around them! I also love to teach adults yoga and meditation by combining my knowledge of alignment based yoga, yoga for Osteoporosis, yoga for cancer, yoga for healthy aging, accessible yoga, and iRest™️Yoga Nidra. By providing a safe environment for people to relax, and start from where they are by honoring themselves in their practice. I love to teach - pre- beginners, beginners,-intermediate, people seeking general wellness yoga, people dealing with certain types of trauma, students with osteopenia and osteoporosis, cancer and arthritis, restorative, gentle, and yoga nidra meditation.
