Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for well-executed and expedient project execution. Internal software development issue reporting and release roll-out assistance.

Research, facilitate and organize requests for military hardship discharges requiring knowledge of the UCMJ, rendering situational analysis of physical and medical evaluations, applying knowledge and experience to render legal opinions to assist clients, and maneuvering strong personalities amidst a war- time milieu.

Research and present takings clause issues regarding private security deposit boxes. Research and present multi-state contract law issues involving modification, interpretation, arbitration, res judicata, and corporate fraud.

Perform legal research and analysis for high end accountant on behalf of high-yield clients. Perform CPA directed interpretation and application of tax law for reporting purposes. Research partnership tax law including tax consequences of partnership holdings, abusive tax shelters, charitable contributions, disguised sales, assumption of liability, deal structures, and foreign partner withholding. Use accounting principles, theory and practices to analyze and interpret accounting records to determine their effect on Federal tax liabilities and their adequacy to record federal tax liabilities. Encounter tiered partnership and other flow through returns requiring familiarity with check-the-box regulations. Research and subsequently organize a limited liability company under Texas law. Apprise owner of changing property tax statues and regulations and potential effect on future financial planning. Help owner create legal research procedure including appropriate documentation and presentation format. Perform input functions for partnership returns.

Interview clients requiring high degree of oral and inter-personal communication. Gather form-sensitive information. Prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy files for Bankruptcy Court. Organize and coordinate massive automatic stay and notification mailings pertinent to bankruptcy filings. Mediate credit negotiations and implement resulting modifications. Prepare clients for Bankruptcy Court.
