Based on my experience in managing projects and people, I thrive best in environments that allow me to both lead and work among high-tempo, performance-driven teams. As a management trainee with Norfolk Southern, I oversee the route, delivery, and process of freight drivers. Serving as a liaison between front line staff and engineering units, I serve as the lynchpin for collaboration in the company. This has led to me assuming greater responsibilities in budget and operations management. Prior to my role at Norfolk-Southern, I worked among highly effective groups in various companies, from the mid-sized Gibbons, Esposito & Boyce Engineering to the global firm Morgan Stanley. Developing products like reporting tools and issue trackers, I have a demonstrated ability to assess a situation, identify a need, and alongside others, develop a solution. I have a vested interest in roles that will lean on my logistical skillset within the engineering and data analytical industries, and challenge me to grow into an established project manager within an innovative company.
