Analysis of offers. Selection and validation of a subcontractor. 4 – Tender for translation services Results: cost reduction of 30% per year and quality improvement

Mission: Optimization of logistic flows based on the product distribution for European and global export markets Results: Costs (export, transport, storage) halved, savings of € 130,000 and lead time reduced by a factor of 7

Mission: Evaluation and improvement of a method for organizational knowledge management and sharing Results: Creation of a tool helping the implementation of a dynamic knowledge management system
