As Co-Founder & CEO of simpleclub, I’m building one of Europe’s most ambitious technology companies, with the mission to redefine how the world prepares its workforce for the future. From apprenticeships to enterprise reskilling, simpleclub has evolved into a leading AI-powered corporate training platform, trusted by 500+ global enterprises including Bosch, Audi, Amazon, Vodafone and Merck. Our platform enables organizations to scale apprenticeship and workforce learning in ways that were previously impossible, transforming training from a cost center into a strategic advantage. With a team of 100+ people, we engage millions of learners monthly. More importantly, we are shaping an entirely new category: AI-powered apprenticeship & workforce training, combining scalable content, technology, and outcome-driven learning to address the global skills gap. In my role, I focus on business development, corporate strategy and partnerships, building the bridges between education, industry, and technology. Our vision is bold but simple: to make workforce training as scalable, intelligent, and impactful as software itself. And in doing so, contribute to solving one of humanity’s defining challenges: the global shortage of skilled talent.
