* management of the activities of divisions and entities of the holding * strategy development and monitoring of implementation * operational management of real estate objects (opening of 5 shopping centers, opening / closing of up to 40 supermarkets per year)

* establishment of a network of representative offices abroad from scratch and coordination of their project activities * organization of interaction with investors and rating agencies on borrowing programs, participation in the issue of Eurobonds for 2,250 million USD and 375 million Swiss francs * implementation of international PR-activities, ensuring the receipt of awards of Euromoney, Trade Finance, Institutional Investor * supervision of Bank's Internet resources in English * development and implementation of training programs for Bank executives in foreign training centers in Europe and Asia
