Manage both Manufacturing Engineering and Product Engineering teams - 150 high skilled engineers split in teams per each product line; Responsible of Engineering budget and the adherence to it by having continuous tracking of the status(actual/forecast); In contact with Technical Centers and other manufacturing sites for best practice implementation; Owner of quality improvements projects(engineering), scrap initiatives at site level and capacity increase projects;

Responsible of Iasi Product Engineering teams: manufacturing support, validation, material engineering and testing/endurance areas; Propose and validate yearly departmental budget with Engineering global teams; Adhere to site KPIs for safety, peoples, quality, volumes and cost;

Coordinate Product Engineering team from Iasi; Support the manufacturing site on quality improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives as well as providing lesson learnt to different technical centers for further product development; Plan, organize, follow-up and evaluate the activities of Product Engineering team;

Manage a team of 4 engineers(split by areas of responsibility); Evaluate team performance and put in place training plan if needed; Assure the link between manufacturing site and Blois Technical Center - product side; Responsible of cost and quality improvements on serial production - light vehicle injector product line; involved in customer return analysis both on early failures and warranty claims;

Assure support to injector light vehicle team on product side for customer related issues, manufacturing process deviations; Define and cover laboratory needs for injector analysis/expertise; Run manufacturing reliability assessment for serial production parts;

Validation and follow-up of project planning by implementing daily, weekly routines with multidisciplinary teams; Definition of car composition(required parts to build the proto vehicle); Supply the needed components(serial life or prototype); Escalate critical items in case of roadblocks; Run project status with lessons learnt at project closure;
