Participated in startup operation of units (ELUXYL, CCR), mainly involved in the following activities: internal inspection for vessel according with AXENS specification, installation of internal equipment in columns, internal P&ID check, line-up the instrument control. Supervised catalyst or adsorbent loading in the vessels. Developed detailed start-up operating procedures for the customer and prepare the unit for the Oil In, including leak tests, cold circulation. Assisted the customer to perform all the activities in line with AXENS Best practices. Guided and advised the customer on operating and adjust the operating parameters of the units. Participation in HAZOPS and SIL reviews. Involved in Pre-FEED, FEED and EPCIC phases. CMMS knowledges, H2S environment experience. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Completed assignment ahead of schedule. • Helped develop procedures for customer. • Strong knowledge for PTW in SIMOPS area.

Participated in pre-commissioning activities as, Air/N2 blowing, vessel cleaning, Internal/External inspection, final box up. Monitored all piping-related activities, including flushing/blowing, reinstating piping components and local instruments, ensuring leak test performed in accordance with the stated procedures, safety rules, and Commissioning Manager instruction. Tested the Emergency Shutdown System, tightness test, leak test, service test. Active part in run test for Dynamic Equipment together with vendor. Participated in HAZOPS and SIL reviews. Involved in Pre-FEED, FEED and EPCIC phases. • As Offshore Production Supervisor, I apply engineering, operations, management, and leadership expertise to monitor and maintain safe and efficient operation of platform production, utility, and safety equipment in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Safety Management Systems/HAZOP, and best practice. Oversee operations to ensure processes and equipment in producing oil/gas, utility, and safety systems safe and efficient. • Closely monitor results of analysis ensuring optimal chemical usage and compliance with environmental policy. • In this role, I technically advised the manager during start-up, ensuring a safe, reliable, and compliant facility start up. Identified all commissioning interfaces, including wells, pipelines, utilities, safety and controls, confirming requirements compatible across interface boundaries. • Next, I collaborated with the Area Engineering Support Team to troubleshoot plant operation in early stages and establish steady plant operations in preparation for performance testing. • I also assisted in project and document reviews to ensure start-up requirements well defined and incorporated into commissioning plans. • Additionally, I monitored start-up procedures for proper cross discipline review and approval by project and sections as required. • Finally, I worked with Project Engineering to develop procedures for plant performance tests verifying plant capacity and capability met engineering design.
