As a Partner at a top-tier law firm in Central Asia, I lead the Corporate and M&A practice, working with founders, investors and international groups on complex and sensitive business cases in Kazakhstan. My practice focuses on corporate transactions, M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and other legal matters, with particular attention to deal structure, risk allocation and execution certainty in emerging and regulated markets. I approach transactions from a strategic and business-first perspective, providing legal solutions that protect value, support growth and work effectively. My approach combines deep local regulatory insight with international deal standards and cross-border experience. I hold a Master’s degree in Law and an advocate’s license, and have rights of audience before the AIFC Court.
