With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and driven asset manager who strives to optimize the profitability and efficiency of the Chateau Cartier Hotel & Resort. I have a degree in hospitality and event management, sales and skills in data analysis, revenue management, and accounting. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of professionals who share the same vision of providing our guests with the ultimate experience. As the asset manager, I oversee and manage all the assets of the resort, including the hotel, conference, restaurants, golf, and spa facilities. I coordinate all the business activities in synergy, ensuring that the quality standards, operational policies, and financial goals are met or exceeded. I also identify and implement strategies to improve the performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction of the resort. I have successfully led and executed several projects, such as renovating the rooms, upgrading the golf course, and expanding the spa services.
