As part of the company's division consolidation process into three Business Units (BUs), aligned with the company's growth strategy, the Manaus/AM and Santa Rita do Sapucaí/MG plants began reporting to one of the BUs, with a dedicated industrial head. I took on focused responsibility for the operation of the two manufacturing plants in Santa Catarina (São José and Tubarão), serving all three BUs, managing approximately 1,000 employees, an annual operating expense budget of R$95 million, and material consumption of R$0.5 billion. Beyond managing operations, I was the director responsible for crucial stages in the company-wide industrial digital transformation. I coordinated the implementation of APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) software, end-to-end, across the entire supply chain, including Purchasing, PCP (Production Planning and Control), PCM (Material Planning and Control), all Production areas, and Intralogistics – in 3 plants. I also led the implementation of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software – in 4 plants, and SAP S/4HANA, heading the industrial implementation front, responsible for the design, parameterization, testing, training, and go-live of the PP, EWM, PM, and QM modules – simultaneously across 5 plants within the group. These tools, in addition to enhancing governance, will contribute significantly to the sustainable and more robust growth and competitiveness of the Intelbras group's operations, covering from planning to execution steps.

Responsible for the operation of four manufacturing plants, managing approximately 2,000 employees (direct and indirect positions), an annual operating expense budget of R$185 million, and material consumption of R$1.5 billion. During this period, the plants' Revenue increased by 357%, while expenses, which didn't grow linearly, had an increase of 341%. In addition to managing the challenges of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I played a crucial role in the construction and startup of the optical cable (Drop) and LAN network (CAT-5e) factory in Tubarão/SC (from a green field), and in the implementation of product costing software by production effort (improving overhead allocation), all within the same period.

­Technical and managerial leadership of multifunctional team (involving from the product design up to the supply chain), responsible for the productive process optimization and strengthening and for the improvements implementation management with customers and suppliers. ­Fully accountable as Head of the Manaus Plant, whose production model is highly vertically integrated with a lean organizational structure, leading up to 1200 employees and managing around R$150MM of annual Budget. Responsible to ensure the Operational Excellence and the increasing competitiveness of the Plant.

- In charge of the Manaus Plant - Industrial Area (Production - SMT & HMT, Injection Molding, Wire Harnesses and Final Assembly processes), Process Engineering, Quality Control, Facilities/Utilities Maintenance, Warehouse and Outgoing); - Responsible for the Campinas/SP Plant - Industrial Area (Production – Injection Molding and Final Assembly processes) and Warranty Department; - Leading up to 460 employees and managing around R$50MM of annual Budget.
