Responsible for all Design and Construction Projects in the Latin American Region. Major Accountabilities: Plan and manage assigned Real Estate capital projects within Latin America, including design, construction, renovation, warehouse, manufacturing, operational shops and areas, laboratories, etc. Full accountability for budgeting and plan adjusting, and responsible for weekly/monthly tracking of cost control and cost reduction initiatives.

Major Accountabilities: Real Estate management for Colombia. Leading Real Estate Lease-in (and out) transactions, negotiations. Responsible for new leases, lease management and lease-out for all Colombia properties such as: operational sites and offices. Focal point for Real Estate capital projects, leading locally the design & construction services of the major Halliburton properties in Colombia. Coordinate and manage FM providers and services. Initiate, execute and close RES locally. Responsible for budgeting, plan adjusting and its monthly tracking, including all reduction initiatives.

Major Accountabilities: Plan and manage assigned Real Estate capital projects within Brasil, Guyana and Suriname, including design, construction, renovation, warehouse, manufacturing, operational shops and areas, laboratories, etc. Full accountability for budgeting and plan adjusting, and responsible for weekly/monthly tracking of cost control and cost reduction initiatives. Manage third party services for design, planning and construction.

Major Accountabilities: Real Estate management for Guyana. Leading Real Estate Lease-in (and out) transactions, negotiations. Responsible for new leases, lease management and lease-out for all Guyana properties such as: operational sites, offices and staff houses. Focal point for Real Estate capital projects, leading locally the design & construction services of the major Halliburton properties in Guyana. Highlighting the construction of the Liquid Mud & Bulk Plant for Baroid and CMT in Guyana during the pandemic, the second largest in the world for Halliburton. Coordinate and manage FM providers and services. Initiate, execute and close RES locally. Responsible for budgeting, plan adjusting and its monthly tracking, including all reduction initiatives.

Major Accountabilities: Coordinate local Real Estate contracts for FM services. Contracts management and budget control.

Main projects: Macae New Field Camp (Cabiunas Site Improvements) – Macae/RJ, Brazil; Macae 3rd Floor – Macae/RJ, Brazil; Macae New Wash Bay – Macae/RJ, Brazil; San Fernando IAM Operational Yard – San Fernando, Trinidad & Tobago; San Fernando CMT Fluid Lab – San Fernando, Trinidad & Tobago.

Major Accountabilities: Coordinate new projects <500K USD in Brazil during design and construction phases. And support the coordination of projects >500K USD. Main projects: Macae SHOC/CMT; Macae Shop Geotap/Sperry; Macae Dry Room/Sperry; Macae Lab Probe/Sperry; Mossoro Radioactive Pit/Sperry; Niteroi BRASCO New Bulk Plant/Baroid and CMT; Macae Gantry Crane 40 Ton/TSS; Macae West Base new shop/HCT; Macae Shops Expansion/Sperry; Macae Cabiunas New Field Camp.

Major Accountabilities: Design and Construction management of NUPEN-UFRJ’s Vivarium Campus in Macaé/RJ.

Major Accountabilities: Structural design of the main stadium in Cardoso Moreira/RJ, Brazil.

Major Accountabilities: Supervise the final census in Angra dos Reis/RJ. Coordinate the census team, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports. Mapping of selected areas and responsible for the census inspection and audits.
