- Allocated the Bank’s capital and determined investment strategy for the portfolio - Performed Credit Application Memorandum (CAM) after conducting extensive financial and risk analysis - Modelled cash flow scenario to perform covenant monitoring and company’s valuation - Worked on high profile leveraged finance deals including TDC and NTL - Interaction with various departments (CIB, leverage finance, syndication…) to evaluate RAROC and to perform extensive company’s due diligence - Monitored credit exposures, reviewed term-sheets and legal documentations (revolvers, term-loans, swaps, synthetic leases and foreign exchange lines)
