- Management of executive search process from search briefing until candidate offer stage. - Work diligently with fellow search team, Knowledge Analyst, Recruiters & Head of Executive Search to deliver premium executive search processes and results. - Partner closely with Vodafone’s senior leadership teams internationally to support them in hiring the most impactful senior talent in the market. - Manage external third-party partners such as Korn Ferry who support in creating candidate psychometric assessments. - Responsible for full market research and insights. Presenting latest market activity to reveal current market trends and competitor activities. - Lead all candidate outreach and selection of shortlisted candidates. - Present and discuss shortlisted candidate profiles in detail. - Support and prepare candidates throughout the interview process until reaching offer stage. - Maintain continuous communication with the candidate & stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring experience. - Build and develop rapport with internal stakeholders (e.g., Hiring Managers & HRBPs). - Skilled operating internally within an international matrix organisation. Adopting an agile method of working to enhance cross functional collaboration.
