The Master Thesis investigated how additive manufacturing/3D-printing can be used to provide spare parts for the service market supply chain of Volvo Group. More specifically, the study focused on the potential opportunities and challenges of distributed manufacturing, i.e. point of demand production, using additive manufacturing. The thesis involved qualitative and quantitative elements, including a supply chain mapping.

* H&M’s Annual Global Summer Internship gives a broad overview of the company’s business core through a packed schedule with seminars, training and operational role rotations. It also provides a deeper insight in to the business controller role within the Global Buying Office. Responsibilities involved: * Overseeing financial performance of the company’s largest department. * Performance reporting including generating dashboards and presentations, and driving actions based off of this. * Re-active and Pro-active Supply chain planning. * Forecasting, Budgeting and Purchase planning. * Individual case study including life-cycle and competitor analysis, forecasting and purchasing planning of some of H&M’s top selling products.

Ericsson’s Summer Internship allowed valuable insight in to core sourcing strategy and operations, where I acted as a Sourcing Business partner. I worked on an individual project regarding innovation in supplier relationships and related business models, whereafter I presented recommendations with focus on partner integration and shortening TTM.

* The role at Zara varied between full-time and part-time work along my university studies. Responsibilities included: * Sales & Customer Service * Register Management * Merchandising * Training of New Staff
