• Duties include assistant managing and training sales staff of approx. 10 people in lighting design, decorative and commercial lighting, light bulb knowledge, and sales procedures • Interior design consultations with clients (both inside showroom sales and outside sales), while mastering knowledge of decorative and technical residential lighting. • Creating and setting up merchandise displays for showroom use and presentations for customers • Juggling multiple projects and multi-tasking under a high stress and busy environment in a retail sales environment • Familiar with POS sales systems, credit card management, and maintaining a repeat client base. • Experienced with hand drafting from electrical lighting floor plans.
