Function in the full capacity of an RN on the mental health inpatient unit and in the mental health clinics under the supervision of a licensed RN. Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, lead group therapies, administer medications, document utilizing electronic medical records, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Manage a caseload of clients with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, create plan of care and goals, ensure their goals are being met, provide staff to assist them with following their plan of care and reaching their goals, continue frequent contact with the clients to ensure the best quality care and document all contacts with clients, provide liaison between clients and case managers and provide backup, working one on one with clients. Supervise employees, complete hiring process, manage personnel files, track records, ensure paperwork is completed and done correctly, assist training employees upon hire and annually thereafter, evaluate annual performance, retrain employees on deficits, and teach CPR/first aid. Complete office duties, open and close the office, answer phones, schedule meetings and interviews, file documentation and ensure all documents are up-to-date, assist CEO, complete payroll, and complete quality evaluation each quarter.

Assist an individual with all areas of daily living, assist with daily hygiene, and perform and assist with tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Provide services as outlined in client’s personal plan of care, provide recreational activities, and provide transportation and accompaniment to any destination as needed. Complete daily paperwork, record any injuries or incidents, and report any necessary information to the CEO

Nursery Assistant: Supervise children ages 6 and younger, ensuring their safety while providing fun and entertainment. Occasionally teach lesson plans and instruct crafts. GEMs (God's Extraordinary Miracles) Team Leader: Plan and coordinate activities for adults and children with disabilities. Work hands on with children with disabilities to ensure they receive the same opportunities as anyone else. Oversee games, crafts, meals, and leisure activities, while providing assistance as needed.
