I started AG Treasure Enterprise SRL with a simple idea: to make jewelry both accessible and memorable. What began as a personal project quickly grew into a business with over 2,000 clients, 1,000+ product models, and a small but growing team. In this role, I’ve: -Built the company from the ground up—managing everything from hiring and contracts to finance, logistics, and sales. -Designed sales strategies for fairs and exhibitions, achieving hundreds of direct transactions. -Negotiated with international suppliers. -Learned how to navigate uncertainty: from sudden tax changes to delayed shipments, I adapted quickly by redesigning strategies and renegotiating terms. Being a founder has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of combining creativity with structure. More than anything, it’s shown me how rewarding it is to turn challenges into growth opportunities.
