I am a Board-level HR and L&D professional with experience across healthcare, professional services, finance, hospitality, the charity sector and retail. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an accredited civil mediator. I provide fractional HR, L&D and OD leadership, strategic people support, operational team management, coaching and mediation to organisations that need experienced executive-level input without the cost of a full-time appointment. I focus on practical solutions that strengthen culture, leadership, employee experience and organisational performance. Additionally, I am the founder of Sense Progress Ltd which reflects a more personal area of my work. During a period of bereavement leave I learned British Sign Language and volunteered supporting my local deaf community and now I combine my own lived experience of hearing loss with my professional expertise to offer consultancy and training to organisations helping them be more inclusive of staff and customers with hearing loss.
