My main role as Airfreight Coordinator was to handle Air imports and exports Responsibilities: - providing quotation to sales department, clients and colleagues from other countries (which included: airfreight, handling, customs formalities, delivery or pick up, insurance etc) - negotiate the costs with the airlines and internal collaborators (handling and custom clearance), and working close with the trucking department for pick ups and deliveries. - issuing the transport documents and checking that the commercial docs were reaching the air transportation safety rules and customs, insurance and packing requirments in compliance with oversea countries regulations (IATA, DGR, legislation etc) - collecting and checking that all documents for import were respecting the IATA, DGR and Romanian legislations - leading by influence overseas agents / partners to offer a good customer care service to each client - supporting sales team by providing the best customer care experience - offering support to clients in defining the duty and VAT efficiency based on import activities - monthly budget report - revenue and supplier cost

My main role as Airfreight Import Coordinator was to coordinate the air imports from Far East to Otopeni, Frankfurt or Vienna and back up for pre-paid shipments and Imports from IATA 1 and IATA 2 zones. Responsibilities: - providing quotations to customers (airfreight, handling, customs formalities, insurance) by choosing the best routing in terms of costs and transit time, considering the needs of each client. when necessary, negotiating the cost with the colleagues/partners from origin offices, agents and partners - supporting sales team by providing the best customer care experience - collecting, checking and preparing the commercial and transport documentation, insurance and packing to reach the air transport regulation - consolidated shipments from the main Chinese airports up to an European Hub and trucking the goods up to warehouse or clients in Romania in order to optimizing handling and delivery costs - leading by influence overseas agents / partners to offer a good customer care service to each client - offering support to clients in defining the duty and VAT efficiency based on import activities - monthly budget report - revenue and supplier cost

My main role as SALES AND CUSTOMER OPERATION AGENT was to find new business opportunities for the company on internal market and to handle the air, ocean and road transports for Romanian clients and also the transports that were coming from the network. Responsibilities: - providing quotations to Romanian clients and to the network - negotiating the rates with the shipping lines, airlines and other partners - effectively monitor progress of customers’ orders and update them accordingly - issuing, collecting and checking documentation to reach each type of transport safety rules and customs regulations - offering support to clients in defining the duty and VAT efficiency based on import activities - monthly budget report - revenue and supplier cost
