My parents fled the GDR in search of freedom and opportunity. Those values guide my commitment to building a democratic, value-based AI ecosystem. What began with a single call from a Bavarian automotive company has grown into a team of over 500 experts and more than 2,700 successful projects. We help global leaders, hidden champions, and SMEs reimagine products, processes, and decision-making end-to-end. AI is no longer just a tool; it is becoming the business, the operating system of future organizations. This makes human control, strong governance, and strategic data use more important than ever.
