As the CEO of IMCO International, Imco Timber & Imco Trading Group, I oversee the operations, sales, and marketing of a diverse portfolio of ductile iron pipes, fittings, valves, controls, meters, pumps, penstocks, surface boxes, hydrants, manhole covers, as well as steel, mechanical and electrical products. I am committed to providing high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of various markets and sectors, including potable, waste, and raw water projects, as well as construction and biomass projects. In my current role, I have successfully secured and supplied notable projects across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, leveraging my strong network of contacts and suppliers, as well as my extensive knowledge of the industry standards and regulations. I have also implemented modernization and efficiency measures to improve the company's performance and profitability, such as streamlining the procurement, logistics, and customer service processes. Some of the skills that I have applied and developed in this role include new business development, key account management, operations management, negotiation, and problem-solving.
