This Subcontractors with a ~600 men workforce delivers a large scope of services including soft and hard services such as: catering, laundry, housekeeping, transport operations, general maintenance, utility operation and maintenance, waste management ,water management, fuel management, snow removal, road maintenance, fleet maintenance, laboratory

Control and coordinate the preparation and construction activities, provision of complex readiness of the venue (26200 sq. m) for the operations. Develop and implement strategies and operating plans for full-scale management of the Venue during its design, construction, startup and operation.

Develop and implement strategies and operating plans for full-scale management of the Olympic Village during its design, startup and operation. Review and approve design documentation. Monitor construction and commissioning of the facilities Establish and manage cohesive and efficient team (1680 workers per shift) Supervise all functional disciplines, contractors and services, involved in the Olympic Village amenities: - Athletes’ Cafeteria (1000 seats), Staff Cafeteria (400 seats) - Transport service (over 400 vehicles, transportation hubs, 460 stall parking) and Arrivals & Departures service - Client services (Retail, entertainment, bank, post office, beauty salon, gaming salons, customer service center, business center, Fitness, clinic, self-service laundry, media center) - Janitorial services (74 000 sq m service area) - Hospitality office (3200 beds) - Service area, dispatcher, maintenance shops, warehouse, communication and operations center - Logistics (planning, procurement and delivery of furnishings for over 5400 rooms for a total value of 8.5 million USD - Security (perimeter security, property security) - Cleaning and waste removal (36 ha area) - Telecom & IT services (planning of materials and equipment) - Operations, administrative and maintenance departments. Achievements: Successful startup and management of the Olympic Village Implemented the mobilization of all necessary contractors and services (more than 20 contractors)

Administer and supervise all functional disciplines in Villages, including the following: - Facilities and maintenance services - Logistics (planning and procurement of furnishings) - Security (perimeter security, property security) - Cleaning and waste removal Coordinating the construction of permanent and temporary facilities - Signs (Arranging the navigation and signage system at the facility) - Telecom&IT services (planning of materials and equipment) - Managing company property as well as warehousing and storage processes Achievements: • Establishing the Operation, Administrative and Maintenance services of three Olympic Villages from scratch (Total buildings square more 650 000 sq. м, territory120 hа).

Supervise all (non technical) facility & logistics related activities such as but not limited to: road & campaign maintenance, cargo, transport & vehicle maintenance, IT, infrastructure, accommodation, catering, cleaning, medical, technical library, administration, water wells, waste treatment, laboratory services, consumables and equipment supply & treatment. Achievements: • Successful execution of tender board submissions process and initial mobilization of the Services Contractors with total annual value more 8 000 000 USD • Successful start-up process for the new remote Permanent Living & Office Facilities (32 000 sq. m)

Coordination and management of all logistics and general (non Process) services & activities at the Chayvo OPF(remote camps) site and offshore (Accommodation, Catering, Ground&Air Transportation , Maintenance and General service contracts, Asset management). Achievements • Successful start-up process for the new remote Permanent Living & Administrative Facilities (25 000 sq. m)

Arrangement, scheduling and support of charter flights to include ground-handling operations, aviation fueling and provision of in-flight catering support of chartering of aircrafts, to include helicopters, and the provision of all-encompassing support service package for passengers.
