1 week mini-pupillage shadowing a barrister. Observed the barrister’s cases in the Court of Appeal, and familiarised and discussed the pertinent case notes with the advocate.

16 week funded research project, evaluating the viability of using machine learning based multivariate analysis techniques to provide additional discriminatory data for the Level-1 Trigger system of the CMS experiment at CERN. A report was produced, and an internal note is due to be published.

Supported the Verger Department with the day-to-day running of the Cathedral, preparing for major events (eg. concerts/graduations), and ceremonial duties.

I had primary responsibility for the raising of funds through sponsorship and looking after the Society's valued patrons. Additionally I was involved with the Summer Tour Committee for 2014, and was responsible for successfully organising transportation for the choir members between London, Amsterdam and Aachen for our Choir members over the course of the tour.

I had primary responsibility for the running of Imperial College London's Conservative Society. The Society hosts a variety of events, including offering students the chance to hear prestigious speakers, gain experience in public speaking/debating and encouraging involvement in both Student Union and London wide campaigns.

Doctoral studies with research focussing on the CMS Tracking Trigger Upgrades and single top quark physics searces (tZq decay channels for Standard Model and Flavour Changing Neutral Currents). Currently based at CERN in Geneva.
