Worked directly under the company CEO, developed and prepared multiple financial and operational reports to aid CEO and SVP’s in company-wide strategy and decision-making. Routinely uncovered profit loss segments, totally over $1 million USD, and would track until resolution (vendor or client pricing renegotiation).

Worked in the fledgling business process improvement group with various departments to interview, assess, and propose solutions for process efficiencies -- either through personnel shifting, software development, or process change. Developed and ran companywide operational metrics.

Continued project management responsibilities, with additional responsibility of managing the data reporting group, responsible for companywide extensive analysis. Developed and maintained multiple reporting and analytical databases.

Newly created position to manage all cross-departmental projects within the company, including new client onboarding, client exits, and SSL network redeployments. Served as the focal point to ensure all departments were aware of and completed their responsibilities.

Client facing position, functioned as the ‘voice of the client’ within the company. Maintained client relationship on all operational issues. In charge of updating all client maintenances in the proprietary company system. Developed and prepared multiple databases and Excel macros used in monthly client reporting and QBR’s, as well as email filtering macros.

Performed multiple auditing functions to maintain inventory database accuracy, including full physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and missing part resolution. Developed multiple macros and reporting templates that improved time efficiency. Promoted after three months on the job from coordinator to analyst.

Coordinated all import container drayage and outbound truckload distribution activity for client Circuit City, including booking and tracking freight activities to regional distribution centers, physical inventory and cycle counts, and invoicing. Maintained a three-day average turn time for all products.

Performed market research to aid US companies in exporting all types of products abroad.
